Onboarding Process

You'll have a dedicated onboarding specialist, an admin expert, and a support team to ensure a seamless and efficient transition.

1. Upload & Collect Your Data

Easily upload your data to our secure cloud platform.

2. Data Review & Pre-Check

Our onboarding specialist will pre-check your data and work with you to review it together before final sign-off.

3. Plan Your Go Live

We’ll schedule your go-live day, arrange pre- and post-training sessions, provide access to our online training academy.

4. Final Migration & Cutover

On go-live day, you’ll receive priority support to ensure any last-minute questions are answered promptly, making the transition as smooth as possible.

5. Post-Migration Support

Onboarding doesn’t end at go-live. We schedule follow-up sessions to optimise your practice and ensure your team is fully supported.

Zavy360 leverages Amazon’s robust backup infrastructure to ensure your data is secure and always available. Your data is backed up daily and stored redundantly across multiple physical locations within Amazon’s highly resilient cloud environment.

Additionally, real-time replication to secondary databases provides up-to-the-second redundancy, minimising the risk of data loss. In the rare event of a backup disruption, a contingency plan is in place to safeguard your information.
